Two officers joking on killing black people
A video has been posted on Instagram with the officers discussing and joking about shooting civilians while wearing body surveillance cameras. It is clearly heard on the video, that they surely would like a suspect pointing a gun at them before they shoot him, not putting hands up. They gesture and pantomime shootings suspects in the chest and head. The videos are now investigated by the police department.
